i was watching previous cases of diplomatic immunity in recent years and a case of Sabrian de sousa came under my observation where italian court charged her for helping cia to kill some arab man in italy. USA did not ask for her diplomatic immunity and she sued state department of usa later about it

now a case of dual murder by an american raymond davis in pakistan is going through pakistani courts. But american government has left no stone unturned to get raymond davis back on basis of diplomatic immunity whereas state department has already declared that raymond davis is not his real name (sending a diplomat in other country with a fake name itself is a crime). Why after all usa is so conscious about raymond davis. He murdered two guys in a public place where he went without any itinerary and permission with a fully loaded weapon and a sophisticated wireless set. No diplomat is allowed to cary a weapon and such wireless set in country they are serving. his car was never touched, no window glass broken, he fired more than 10 bullets, all on target and on a guy running in opposite direction. then he came out of the car and took photographs of those two dead bodies...now who calls it self defence|||Don't attempt to confuse the facts. Davis HAS diplomatic immunity. You don't have to like it, but he has it. He was the victim of a robbery by two armed assailants and he defended himself.
Second, Wikipedia is not a legitimate source for anything.|||He was on a mission for the CIA. He killed those Pakistani men deliberately and he confessed to it. The widow of one of them, who had married only 6 moths ago, committed suicide. Life of a Pakistani is as precious as that of an American. Isn't it?
And his passport shows that he was not a diplomat.
Consider this: A Pakistani student kidnapped on false charges of terrorism, gets 86 years sentence. She was captured from her own country. And Davis who killed Pakistanis in broad daylight inside Pakistan, he should be freed. Why?|||US wouldn't have ever sent operatives under cover names of like Raymond Davis had Pakistani government not become a rug under their feet in the first place years ago. Now, when the matter is in court of law, US must respect Law of the Land and not try conniving tactics of diplomatic immunity under Vienna convention (which by the way, does not give diplomats license to kill under any definition).
It is important to withhold values that American society boasts for its own good and face saving and accept the agent was at fault and blew cover on his own and now pays for it by serving a term in pakistani prison or even hung (terminated in american terms).
