Do yall think an innocent man like TROY DAVIS deserved to die? why or why not?

I personally think he didnt deserve to die bcuz he had already served years behind bars for nothing, plus not to mention there was no evidence or proof for the law to accuse him. When he requested a lie detector test they declined it. I think they wanted him to kill him. I hate georgia they had a f*cked up law. Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee %26amp; Mississippi are the worst states an human being can live in. Casey Anthoney not guilty, Troy Davis being executed, Everybody Loves Raymond, but Everybody Hates Chris come on now you cant honestly tell me its NOT about COLOR (rolls eyes)|||The fact is that Troy Davis and possibly one other person are the only ones who do know who committed the murder.. But all but 2 of 9 witnesses recanted (one of the two the likely killer) there was no physical evidence and no gun was recovered. We can't be 100% sure of guilt so he shouldn't have been executed.|||I don't think he should have been executed... but I don't believe he was innocent, and his jury could not find 1 single doubt among themselves that he was guilty. Lack of evidence means a lot, but doubt or lack of doubt is what determines guilty or not. Just because CSI seems like how it is, we aren't that capable of finding evidence on cases. Casey anthony's jury failed to realise this and they failed at their duty miserably, and will be ashamed of it for a very long time. Obviously this isn't really about color, have you even heard of the white man who was just executed saying he was innocent? No because the media wouldn't be able to make a racial conspiracy out of it.|||I don't believe anybody should be executed if there isn't enough to prove them guilty.





But (roles eyes add a deep sigh) this WAS NOT A RACE THING. And it is annoying that this card is only pulled when it is convenient. What about O.J. Simpson? He was not, is not, and will never be white and he walked away.





And to your Everybody Loves Raymond and Everybody Hates Chris thing, first the guy that plays Raymond IS NOT white, he is Italian (naturally darker skin you know not white, black hair, and brown eyes), second the producer and writer of Everybody Hates Chris, IS BLACK.





Do some more research before you try to make an argument.





I don't see it as a race thing, I see it as a money and connection thing, look at this both Casey Anthony (well her daddy did anyway) and O.J. Simpson had money and connections.
