For the Bobcats: It allows them to get rid of an unecessary point guard (raymond felton) and it allows them to develop Dj Augustin. And it gives them a strong center so emeka okafor no longer has to play center. So now the can compete with tougher frontcourts (Lakers, Suns, so on). it also allows them to get rid of a player that isnt great for larry browns system (jason Richardson).

For the Heat: it gets rid of a player they dont want (shawn Marion) and in return they get a solid point guard and two backup big men (now sean may is better than his stats suggest he just doesnt fit in with larry brown). The heat also open up space so young micheal beasly can develop into a force.

For the clippers: it unclogs a very clogged up frontcourt (three good big men). and it gives them a great swingman. This is also beneficial because it may bring some team chemistry since baron davis and jason richardson had success together in golden state, add a good scoring in post in zach randolph, a great defender in marcus camby, youth like al thorton and eric gordon the clippers would benefit from this trade.|||The trade will benefit all the teams.

The Bobcats receive the best of the trade.|||...|||as long as the heat keep wade beasley and chalmers and get a big man for the center then it works for the heat and thats all i care about for these 3 teams|||Clippers will win by a little on that trade but they will sacrifice their depth and have a little bench support.
