Pre Nobel Prizes Mendeleev, Cavendish, Lavoisier etc
Deceased Nobel winners: Haber, Curie, Pauling, Woodward, Barton, Wilkinson, Fukui
Still alive Hoffmann, Sharpless, Shrock, Zewail, Noyori, Olah
The most famous chemist of all time, in my opinion, is a the physicist Erwin Schrodinger. His wave equation is the basis for the rationalization of almost all the chemical and physical properties of the elements.
That's enough for today!
