The government, repeatedly claiming that he is a U.S. diplomat and eligible to enjoy immunity under the Vienna Convention, has failed to produce his employment documents with the embassy in Islamabad (Pakistan). Don't you think constant emphasis on his handing over to the U.S. government while having a hard stance on it, and being unable to justify his employment status creates a chaos?
