Will Greg Norman's record be broken at Royal Saint Georges this year?

Will Norman's phenomenal record of 13 under 267 at the 1993 Open Championship be broken this year? And if so who will break it? And Norman's performance was described by Gene Sarazen at the time as the most awesome display of golf he had ever witnessed. Although that has changed now as I think either the 1997 US Masters or the 2000 US Open by Tiger Woods are the best displays in a major. I also think Norman should have beaten Jack Nicklaus and Raymond Floyd's record of 17 under 271 in 1965 and 1976 respectively, at the US Masters in 1996, the year before Woods eventually did it, but Greg choked while partnering Faldo for the last two rounds, especially the last round obviously. And everyone seems to think Norman finished runnner - up to Faldo that year when in fact it was Davis Love III.|||I don't think anyone will break the record this year. I think it's going to be pretty tough to break this record.|||Maybe! anything can happen in a game of golf!

It would take someone who was playing exceptionally well!
